We favour home cooking throughout our menu, as well as quality local produce.
Our home-made chips are made from raw potatoes from Villaz 74370, peeled, cut and cooked by us.
Our cold meats come from “les salaisons artisanales de Savoie Maxence BAUD” and our meats from “Boucherie Alpes-viandes”.
On the cheese side, our Savoie and Alpine tomme and Reblochon come from “Earl GALLAY Micke et Robert”, our Savoie raclette with raw milk and wood-smoked Brezain from “Bouquets de Savoie” and our Manigod goat raclette from Alexandre PERRISSIN-FABERT.
Our Savoy raspberries and wild blueberries from the Vosges come from “La Framboiseraie Philippe POUILLARD”.
